Outside India: EMS Post, DHL, Aramex and DTDC We ship across the world.
Within India: DTDC, Ekart, and Professional courier.
Average order processing time: 1 - 2 days
Packaging: All the items are packaged in a robust way to prevent
any damage in transit. Proper bubble and news wraps are used wherever required.
The items are put in a hard carton box with proper address labels before
handing over to courier service.
Once your order is
shipped, we will email you the tracking number with a link to the relevant
courier service provider, where you can track your order in real-time.
We also offer periodic
discounts on and attractive schemes for Shipping Charges.

outside India. Goods within India are shipped at flat shipping charge of
INR 75 only.

India:
We ship orders worldwide (USA/UK/Canada/Middle East/Australia/Asia/Africa/Europe). All items purchased from om pooja shop .com are shipped via Aramex /UPS/DHL/India Post/other reliable courier services within 1-2 days of purchase.
Shipping charges depend on the quantity and weight of the item and will be added to your cart at checkout. You will see the shipping charges in the checkout page. We usually deliver worldwide within 4 to 7 days. We will email you the tracking number. As soon as the order is shipped you can track the status on the respective courier service website.

Free shipping on orders above Rs.2000 only in India.
Cash
on Delivery (COD) or Pay on Delivery is also available in India only.

Note: Delivery time depends on courier service. We cannot do anything in this. If the delivery is late. So we can refund the customer.

The shipping charges depend on the volume of the items and will be added to your cart when you checkout. The delivery time is 4-7 days across the world. We will email you the tracking no. as soon as the order is shipped and you can track the status at the relevant courier service website.
In rare cases, delays might occur due to customs clearance delays, flight delays, unavailability of ordered items and other uncontrollable circumstances like natural calamities. However, we always try our level best to ensure delivery within the number of days to delivery as mentioned above.
In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing order, we can reship your order, only after receiving an email and correct address from you.
Customs charges and taxes, if any, will have to be borne by the customer. However, by experience, we have learned that customs charges are very rarely applicable on our packages.
